If you plan to discuss doing a whole year level or whole class approach, some of my ideas are as follows.....
-Activities based on building trust
-Activities based on building resilience

-Mentoring programs - whether teacher to student, or student to student.
-Peer mediation (Does the school do peer support?)
-I think that diversity workshops would be beneficial for the older students, and a modified version for the younger ones

-Activities based on building self esteem, confidence and trust.
-Information sessions based on bullying, and giving people the confidence to either
approach a bully or tell someone about it.
-Workshops on positive social skills, positive support, etc.
-Teaching students early on how to give feedback to students regarding positive social
behaviour
